Folks,

I've decided to start a Blog. Not sure what will come of this but here are my hopes. I hope that more people will begin cooking because of reading what they see here. I hope that more people will cook with their children and teach them about food, flavor, taste and the satisfaction of creating a meal from simple ingredients. I hope that others share their stories and moments of success when putting together a dinner party that rocked. Something that people talk about for weeks after. The cake you baked and brought into the office that people couldn't shut up about because it was sooo good. So here goes.
